Dominic Hayhurst

Dom has previously worked on investment fund reporting and financial modelling in the public sector whilst at the Development Bank of Wales. He has experience across a number of financial roles, including management accounts and FP&A activities, within PE-backed businesses such as Casual Dining Group and British Engineering Services.

Dom gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of Birmingham and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in industry as part of the Casual Dining Group graduate training programme.

Outside of work, Dom lives with his wife, two young children and their dog, and they enjoy spending time together at home. He’s into long-distance running (usually with a marathon or half marathon on the horizon) and any other spare time he can find is usually spent at the tennis club, trying (mostly in vain) to fix his non-existent backhand.
