Kent Finance was founded by Will Napier-Fenning in 2015 with a clear mission: to empower SMEs to succeed by offering affordable financial modelling. With over 100 acquisitions and refinancing exercises under his belt, Will has overseen millions of pounds worth of transactions, and has extensive experience working in – and growing – PE-backed businesses.
His vision was to create a firm where clients get top-tier, insightful advice, without the layers of hierarchy, inflated costs, or revolving doors of junior staff. A place where smart, experienced professionals could thrive without sacrificing their wellbeing.
Over the years, Kent Finance has grown and expanded our services, but Will’s initial mission – to empower success – is still what drives the business today.
Our team of finance experts is not just incredibly knowledgeable (and modest!), we’re also passionate about what we do. We have hands-on experience in helping businesses scale, having worked inside private equity-backed companies, managed complex financial projects, and led businesses through big, challenging moments.
